This book seeks to provide insights on managerial functions of SMEs by focusing on practical implications of SMEs operating in Turkey. It covers six areas of opportunity: governance, sustainability, internationalization, foreign trade and exporting strategies, management information systems, finance and accounting.SMEs have a lot of potential.
