How satisfied are parents with the pedagogical quality of early childhood care? How do the pedagogical staff position themselves on this and on the quality of their own work? How can the well-being of children in day care facilities be measured? And which future-oriented (self-)educational experiences do adolescents and young adults generate in "their" youth facilities? In the context of non-formal educational institutions in Luxembourg, three studies of empirical social research provide answers to these and other questions. The publication covers the design, implementation and discussion of the results of the studies on aspects of satisfaction, well-being and recognition of children, adolescents and young adults aged 0 to 30. In a multi-perspective approach, both the addressees as well as the pedagogical staff, the parents and political decision-makers have their say.
