The Denomination of Origin is a label that establishes specific requirements in terms of quality and commercialization, which can influence the industrialization and global recognition of these crops. The importance of the study lies in its ability to statistically analyze how commercial and productive dynamics affect social, economic and environmental aspects, transforming communities in the process. Differences in Tequila and Mezcal Agave Production: No significant differences were observed in the production of tequila agave with and without denomination of origin in the years 2019 and 2020, for the year 2021, significant differences were found in the production of tequila agave with and without denomination of origin, in the case of mezcal agave, significant differences were observed in the production with denomination of origin in the year 2019, but not in the years 2020 and 2021.
